What are your fees?


Because our fees vary according to the type of service, we recommend contacting us for the current rate.   We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.  

Do you accept insurance or employee benefit plans?
We are out of network for most insurance plans.  If you plan to use your insurance benefits, we can provide you with a receipt/superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. 




What is your cancellation policy?


If you need to cancel, we ask that you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance.  Otherwise, you will be required to pay a $50 missed appointment fee.  

Do you offer a free consultation? 


We offer a 15 minute free phone consultation.  During this consultation, you will receive information and education from an intake coordinator regarding the therapeutic process and how to obtain the best results in treatment.   If your needs fall outside our areas of expertise or availability, you may receive a referral to another provider in the community.
